What are active videos?
Active videos are video language versions that have at least one successful render and have not been deleted. Different language versions of the same video count separately, so one video with English and Finnish renders counts as two active videos.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan whenever you need. If you upgrade, the new features and limits are available immediately.
What happens if I exceed my monthly render limit?
If you go over your limit, you can continue rendering at a fixed cost of $0.25 per additional render on the Starter plan and $0.20 per additional render on the Business plan.
What does "Edit via code" mean?
ScreenCI allows you to define and update video content using code or configuration files. This makes it easy to automate video production and maintain consistency across hundreds of videos.
How does Multi-language Support work?
With a single recording or source file, you can generate the same video in multiple languages. ScreenCI handles the translation and voiceover synchronization automatically.
What is the difference between Non-commercial and Commercial use?
The Free trial is for testing and personal projects. Starter and Business plans grant you full commercial rights to use the generated videos for marketing, sales, and business operations.
Can I use my own ElevenLabs voices?
Yes. Business plan users can connect their own ElevenLabs API key to use their custom cloned voices with ScreenCI.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. If you choose an annual subscription, the license price is 20% cheaper compared to monthly billing.
