Aspect ratio for recording and output.
The aspect ratio determines the shape of the video. Combined with quality
it produces the final pixel dimensions:

The base size (shorter side) is determined by quality.
Landscape ratios (W>H) set height to the base; portrait ratios (H>W) set
width to the base.
